again you payed a low fee below the average this is the reason why still in pending

you need to pay 200k satoshi for that size to have a normal confirmations time check this next time https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

now you either wait or try acceleration with this https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Looks like you got them from the Blockchain wallet.  All of their transactions' fees are set to about 120 satoshi/byte by default,  which is getting too low to confirm in any reasonable amount of time due to network congestion.  For transactions you send from there you should use the advanced send feature, but for Bitcoin being sent to you you're probably best off waiting rather than bothering with transaction accelerators since the fee is probably enough for it to get confirmed eventually.

The fee is too small. Just enter the recommended fee to avoid inconvenience like this. The higher the fee the faster the transactions to confirm. This is the common mistakes of newbies. Now you know what to do next time. Just use txaccelerator to make it fast.

If you made a transaction from the blockchain wallet, it is possible to double spend and add a higher transaction fee?

Wow, the fees were already 1mbtc+ but the sat/byte is so low due to the number of inputs and outputs used. You could try accelerating it, but it's still not a guarantee it will confirm within the next hour or so. Use viabtc to accelerate it. Next time, ask them to put more fees as this is such a hassle, I know.

Just wait. Cannot be made nothing except waiting. For sure your bought will be confirmed. It is matter of hours. Unfortunately bitcoin has this problem which has caused even the various divisions of today's days about the amount of block size.

you actually paid a decent amount for the fees (120 sat/B)

try use https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ to accelerate your transaction at the start of any hour to get a slot from the ~100 available per hour, good luck

No, it's 105 sat/byte by default at Blockchain.info. That's why my withdrawal has been unconfirmed 25 hours and counting. But I've learnt my lesson.

BTC transactions are usually longer than usual, because there are too many transactions at a time, but transactions that are already on https://blockchain.info are unlikely to change.

I know not, I'am not sender, I'm receiver.

What wallet or website are you using to send the transactions?

I know not, I'am not sender, I'm receiver.

The transaction paid an insufficient transaction fee for fast confirmation.

Tell the sender that you refuse to do any additional business with them until they learn how to use a proper wallet and set a proper fee on their transactions.

Looks like it's back.

Here's the raw transaction in case it drops again and you want to re-broadcast it:

Code:
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

You came here asking for help.  You've been told multiple times to use a transaction accelerator.  Have you done that yet?  If not, then why did you bother asking for help?

I tried accelerator.
The answer always : "Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later."

Just be patient, as the bitcoin rises there are more people are transacting btc also this adds to the delay to processing it. Then, many people experienced as what you have witnessed. Just submit again in viabtc, you might be lucky next time. I this is the problem the btc higher ups should focused right now, how to speedup the processing.

There are slots hourly. If you wait and submit during first few seconds/minute, then you'd get in for sure.

Your BTC isn't "Lost". You wait till your tx is either confirmed or dropped and forgotten.
If you're willing to pay, then use https://pushtx.btc.com/#/ Checked and it says it'd be about $7.50 to have your tx accelerated.

The accelerator allows 100 free accelerations per hour.

The count resets at the beginning of every hour.

If you see "Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later.", then you waited too long and they have already received 100 acceleration requests that hour. Try again near the beginning of the next hour.

If you keep trying as close to the beginning of the hour as you can, you will eventually get your request in soon enough.

If you had been trying this from when you were first told to use the accelerator, your transaction would already be confirmed.
