Why: - you want to trade a reversible payment type (Paypal) for an irreversible one (BTC) - you want the other party to send first, eventough you're the only one that can reverse payments - a DT member gave you negative trust already - you haven't built a good reputation on this site (yet) Title: Re: pAYpal to BTC urgent Post by: onnz423 on May 09, 2017, 11:30:03 AM Well i do not think you have any chance getting this offer filled since you have pretty new account and no trust at all.
You can try WeSellCrypto (https://wesellcrypto.com/). They are a legit service. You can buy up to 15$ a day without ID, and if you want to buy more you will need to send them your identification. Their cut is around 15%, but paypal rates are always much higher.
