Title: Group Buy - Pallet of 6990s. Post by: sebdude420 on June 18, 2011, 10:29:54 PM Group Buy 6990s. Purchasing in Los Angeles. Shipping everywhere. We got about 2-4 weeks to plan this and act fast when the next shipment drops. before it gets taken by the other users of that type of card.
I am currently negotiating with my distributor in Los Angeles for an entire pallets worth of 6990 video cards. I want to purchase a large amount becuse: The backorder is so large that you might not be able to get many after the next shipment hits. We will get a price break, Hopefully. My Distributor will be able to drop ship the video cards for me. I can tell them where to ship it and they will go out right away. If you are outside the usa i will have to pick them up myself and ship them. Why is this benefiting me? I can build a better relationship with my distributor and hopefully get cheaper prices on components for myself in the future. The price will be very close to MSRP 600-750 in USD. Shipping will be standard of what is usually paid for if its drop shipped. I am not trying to make money on shipping. If you are international though you will have to have an small extra fee added for me to go pick them up package and ship them. This pays for gas and shipping materials and postage. I am expecting the cards to arrive in 2-4 weeks. I have two friends that work for Diamond in their Chattsworth CA HQ so my Intel will be good. within 1 week i will know they are arriving. also, i will get a call from my distributor the day they arrive. I am not sure how many will arrive in the shipment still. There are 20+ backorders already placed at the distributor just for the sapphire branded card. Title: Re: Group Buy - Pallet of 6990s.
