Signature bounty sells their RLC, whales pressures the price down to buy it cheaper.

When weak hands will gone, with project progression, price will be very interesting for serious investors.

It looks like the RLC token gets a bearish trend. But i can say if the hodlers are trying to take more btc and invest on another promising project with a lot of hype. Just like NEM RIPPLE and ethereum still being the main actors.
This dump just a usual thing for me. I believe the price will recover again as soon as possible. The dev still not update his development result.
I bet if that can be a good chance to make another hype for RLC token. So, just the matter of time for me.

I agree. I don't know if developers will update developments results often like the "hype projects", but roadmap is very clear. Whales deal earlier than the crowd, wait v1 in november maybe too late to buy at good price.

Look like a good price to buy them at 22k right now, so the dump is welcome.

this project joined the campaign. it was a very good win. thanks to my friend who loves me. before $0,70. some of the awards came from selling.
but there is nothing to fear. I think it is a very profitable project in the long run.

iExec is a project from INRIA research institute, the team members are well known, the team has done a lots of research on blockchain and smart contracts which could be found on google, i definitely see a pace off in the speculation.

This is one of the challenges new projects face especially those that pay bounty hunters with their tokens. They hunt and immediately they are paid, they dump because they never believed in the project in the first instance just work and get out and these same people will still come and castigate the project to be a shit one without knowing that they contributed to it in no small way.

I think it's a good time to buy RLC if you missed the ICO. The iExce project is promising, you won't have the chance to buy at such a cheap price for long.

RLC will not gain more value on its price caused by the traders or speculators just waiting for the latest update about his development. The price of rlc is really cheap. More people interested with another major coin such as ethereum and ripple.

Yes, with hindsight. Most icos go below ico price after they launch at some stage.

Dear iExec Community member,

The hottest news this week is the release of Stockfish demo Chess game, enabling off-chain artificial intelligence for Ethereum with iExec!

You will also know everything about what we've achieved these last two weeks, focusing on project management, recruitment and software development.

RLC was listed on HitBTC and Jaxx Wallet also announced the upcoming integration of RLC token. We'll present the project in Paris, Berlin and University of California Berkeley Campus and Chengdu, China for the Global Blockchain Conference. Hopefully we can meet there!

The price of RLC has bounced back to 41000 satoshi and i was having my limitations when the price touched 20000 satoshi and i thought it would take a longer time to get back to a good valuation and i just missed on entering it as i was busy with other trades and now it has doubled in valuation in a very short period of time,i am not sure what is the expected price for this token, but i think this is the best valuation it can get.

Sure, when you see shitcoin doing 800% in 24 hours that's not a problem for a real project to grow up. Maybe it will take more time because it's a real project, not a hype pump.

If we would compare RLC with Golem, which is also a great coin with a great team and a larger marketcap than RLC, but with a less product than RLC, we would have to conclude that RLC has a lot of potential upwards in it.  Especially as we compare the total supply of both coins with each other.

The reason for that is that RLC already has a few use cases finished and ready for use compared to Golem which still has to bring up its first use case (Brass).

This coin is for every term (short, mid, long) a guarantee for profit. With the last dip it has dipped a lot so for me it was a nice opportunity to buy in big amounts of it.

Dear iExec Community member,

This week, we're proud to announce that iExec is one of the 20 startups selected by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs to participate in NETVA program (New Technology Venture Accelerator). The program includes US market training sessions in San Francisco and top tier business network there. You will also find a short interview of iExec co-founder Haiwu He who is progressing in China.

We're releasing today a new version of VanityGen demo app. These demo applications are important: the feedbacks really help to shape the infrastructure and to answer developers requirements. It's using iExec API that was just open-sourced! Gilles Fedak gives details about this process in the Devel. Letter #3 as well as informations on recruitment and software development.

iExec is selected for the NETVA program

"The NETVA program gives your company the chance to better understand and obtain a comprehensive overview of the high-tech ecosystem of Silicon Valley: join the winners from past editions of NETVA and come and discover the immediacy and responsiveness of the Californian markets towards technological and business trends."

iExec Development Letter #3

Welcome to the iExec development letter #3, where every two weeks, we report on our activities. We’re giving you updates on the team, and the software development.

iExec API now open source

We’re open sourcing the initial version of the iExec application interface for Ethereum Dapps developpers. These are solidity contracts that allow developers to submit off-chain task execution. We gave two examples of applications that can be built with the API :

VanityGen : a vanity bitcoin address generator
Stockfish : an off-chain artificial intelligence engine
You are invited to start using this API. But proceed with caution, since it is still work in progress. The API may evolve drastically in the future, and you may probably have to modify your application.

Dr. Haiwu He: "Now, China and USA are the main origins of Blockchain technology innovations in the world. Especially, 80% BTCs and 70% ETHs are circulating in China. In China, there is a most populated Internet users in the world. Europe is becoming more and more important for Blockchain development. So I think iExec European team and Chinese team will work together to make iExec a global great blockchain project."

The market always sell the RLC token and you can buy through the exchange site everytime.  ::) But looks the demand for RLC already gone to the all of the new ICOs. The team still under the development.
But it will be very difficult to RLC in the strict competition with the biggest ico.

Looks the rlc token will die as fast as possible. It doesn't stronger like golem, The team lack of the update about the development that gives the panic feels especially it can be driven by the whales to pull down the price of the token. already below the ico price right now.

I hold a lot RLC, I miss opportunity to sell and buy more, its' the only bad point for me about RLC, hold more !

This team will not end, they will grow up, market will follow and pump is token RLC.

I think we are in an accumulation stage. So many good news, and the price stays calm, but there are some big accounts accumulating tokens.
In my opinion, we can see an interesting rise in november, when they release the "Version 1", according to the Roadmap.

You can check it here: http://iex.ec/  - roadmap

Rlc has “5 years in advance” according to a recent French Tech study

9 reasons to invest in iexec ($RLC) NOW
cryptotalleyrand25 in cryptocurrency
1.png

Iexec is a fully distributed cloud for blockchain based distributed applications running. It is built as a Dapp working on the Ethereum blockchain. In short it’s a decentralized network allowing users to buy or sell processing power for their applications.

2.jpeg

1 — the keynote
Gilles Fedak, CEO of exec will give a presentation speech at the Ethereum Developers Conference this November.

3.png

2 — the V1
During the Devcon 3, iexec will present the V1 that will enable Dapps running on the Ethereum Blockchain to access off-chain computing resources. It’s the first product release of the team.

4.jpeg

3 — the team
Speaking of a « solid team » became kind of a platitude in the blockchain sector with the multiplication of ICOs, however for iexec it’s a reality:

Gilles Fedak has a PhD in comp sci and is researcher in distributed computing at the INRIA (French Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation), a prestigious french research organism on computer science with a recognized background in Parallel and Distributed Computing. He publishes and works on the subject since 15 years and produced pioneering softwares and algorithms in the field of Grid and Cloud Computing that allow people to easily harness large parallel systems consisting of thousands of machines distributed on the Internet (XtremWeb, MPICH-V, BitDew, SpeQulos, Xtrem-MapReduce, Active Data, …).

Oleg Lodygensky has a PhD in compsci and was a researcher at the INRIA like Fedak, he was the main developper of XtremWeb-HEP, the open-source software for Desktop Grid computing used in production at Institute for Nuclear and Particle Physics.

Haiwu He has a PhD in compsci from Lilles and is professor at Chinese Academy of Science in Beijing, his research interest covers P2P distributed system, Cloud computing, BigData. He was ranked among the top 100 innovators by FastCompany China.

4 — a franco-chinese project
The binational aspect of the company opens market opportunity both in the West (notably the biggest market in the world: the EU) and in the East (mainly China, the #1 economy of Asia), Gilles Fedak and Haiwu He have already attempted a lot of events in academic and business circles during the last months to explain their project and build a network and it’s only the beginning, the rhythm should accelerate after their first release

7.jpeg

5 — low market cap
Right now the market cap is around 40 millions $ and below ICO price BTC wise.
8.jpeg

6 — blowing the competition out of the water:
Golem and SONM are the main competitors but none of them have the expertise or the recognition of the iexec team, the struggle of Golem to deliver the brass compared to the undelayed release of the V1 proves that there is a sharp competence gap between them. The team knows the tech better than everyone else.

9.jpeg
#7 — the Enterprise Ethereal alliance
Iexec is one of the few EEA member among Ethereum projects.

10.jpeg

8 — decentralized cloud computing is the future
There are a lot of new ideas for blockchain applications right now, some have already proved their utility but the vast majority is yet to demonstrate not only that they have a tangible application but that there is a market for them too. iexec doesn’t have this problem, the cloud computing is a booming market and fueled by a growing thirst for processing powering in various domains ranging from scientific research to game servers. Cloud computing is anticipated to represent a 162 billions $ market by 2020 (x2.5 in 5 years!).

9 — a new marketing force by November
Biggest issue with iexec until now was the lack of real marketing, the team has done a lot to communicate on the technical aspect and create relationships in the business and academic world, however the public awareness is still quite low compared to its competitors, this should change after the release of the V1 with a new website and a high profile marketer (if it doesn’t work there are still the /biz/ memes anyway).

Next week, Iexec will be at Devcon 3. It's a good think to meet potential partnership

Seen on slack:

"BTW, we're going to have a partenership announcement to make in the coming hours"

+

"Haha, touché! :sourire: IBM Cloud was very interested in our technology and loved the demo (sudoku solver). They have requested a private meeting later on with one of their execs at SC17"

Entered a long time ago and almost forgot about it. I was reviewing my portfolio and this one will be a keeper. Hope to see more developments soon.

Going to be a 20$ coin this year end. Compared to golem, the circulating supply is real low.

Comaprison should not be the reason for higher valuation. If the tech works then it will be worth more, if it doesn't then no one will spend even a cent to buy it.

This is a good project and a great value at these prices. It had only one big rise in 2017 and
now ready for the next bigger one towards $10 or more this year.

They announced the partnership with NEO. iExcec is solid project.
Concurrent coins like Golem, SONM and Elastic are serious projects too.
Supercomputers are more active in their projects rather than pumping the price.
We should see a good value for these ones, but they are long term projects.

I'm interested in this coin, but what does scalp it mean? How do you do that? Thanks

I am not sure that cashing would be wrong today by the look of the market of bitcoin and the alternatives . Not taking into account that is purely a simple opinion with sights on the market.

it's a nice project for the French state and for artificial intelligence technology. a better development work environment occurs if state support exists. important project needs to be supported.
it could be $ 10 in less than two years. Because iex saw the price of $ 6.

Hello everyone!

We've announced the result of the Dapp Challenge a few days ago. The metrics are extremely encouraging: we've received 37 candidates and selected 15 projects.

The Dev Letter #15 is out! It's focusing on GPUs and TensorFlow.

The very first iExec team members video is also available: Victor Bonhomme, full-stack developer, reflects on how he joined iExec and details his role within the team.

iExec now supports Docker applications: we've successfully deployed apps like Blender, R, and Word Cloud on top of iExec. In the Dev Letter #14 you will find details on the latest developments of the R&D team working on the integration of Intel SGX.

In addition to that, Gilles Fedak participated to the French Senate hearings on ICOs and crypto-assets regulation.

The team is working hard on the v2 release which will include the marketplace itself, allowing many new resource providers to join the network.
