I believe Its very possible to maintain it but It could be hard as people never learn and do panic selling each time bitcoin reaches a new all time high price. At the end of the day, the real hodlers will be the ones who are going to make the biggest profit.

No one can tell you the answer to that, but it's done a pretty damn good job holding up for a week or so already and stabilising after that quick dip. If anything, more breakouts are in order.
