Post by: Terrytibs on May 17, 2017, 09:05:34 PM

Yes, it either states ID not valid or states 'Your remaining Customer-Only use: 0 Times'.

Yes, it either states ID not valid or states 'Your remaining Customer-Only use: 0 Times'.

One of the inputs to your transaction is unconfirmed. Your transaction can't confirm until this transaction confirms.

Submit the transaction above to the viabtc accelerator first, and after its accepted it then submit your transaction to it. The viabtc accelerator won't accept transactions with unconfirmed inputs like yours.

Currently, the blockchain is heavily loaded with unconfirmed transactions.

If your free quota is used up, you could try the paid version, to confirm the transaction which HI-TEC99 mentioned:

ViaBTC’s Transaction Accelerator is a FREE service for the community. We also provide manual accelerator service for special cases (dire urgency, extremely low transaction fee etc.) and require a donation of 0.01BTC for each transaction. Please contact support@viabtc.com for details.

I've tried the free option, but I get this message - 'Your remaining Customer-Only use: 0 Times' and I've tried emailing them for the paid service but no response to my email which was sent about 14 hours ago. Any other options?

Yes, try contacting quickseller and macbook-air and offering either of them a small fee to confirm your transaction. Click their names in the quote below to open a page where you can pm them. They must be snowed under with similar requests, but it's worth trying.

You can contact either quickseller (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=358020) or macbook-air (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=16114) and offer a small payment to get your transaction confirmed fast.

This quote gives an example of how much they charge...

I faced a similar issue a few days back transaction not getting confirmed due to low fee but user "QuickSeller" got my transaction confirmed in minutes when I sent him 0.0001 BTC. He has access to some pool . PM him.

They can get F2Pool to confirm your transaction, so when it mines another block your transaction will probably get confirmed. You can see the times it mined its latest blocks here.

If you're seeing that "Customer-Only" message... it means you've created an account... which is only supposed to be for ViaBTC mining pool customers... don't login or sign up... just goto the page... put your TXID in the box, enter the captcha and click submit...
