Title: Chelsea manning out of prison Post by: OmegaStarScream on May 18, 2017, 07:24:05 AM Leaker extraordinaire Chelsea Manning has left the United States Army's Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, after her sentence was commuted in the last days of Barrack Obama's presidency.
Manning was jailed after leaking more than 700,000 documents to WikiLeaks in 2010. She came across the documents in her work as an intelligence analyst for the US Army in Iraq. Manning was disturbed by some of the material she encountered, such as the video of US helicopter crews attacking and killing a group of unarmed men, including two journalist for Reuters. It gets a little confusing every time they show Manning on TV they talk about "her" but show pictures of a man in a US army uniform. Weirds me out every time.

I am still having doubts about whether her sex change operation was voluntary or forced. Perhaps the CIA forced Manning to take the sex change operation, to teach the whistle-blowers a lesson? If that's the case Manning could easily sell the rights to her story to a publisher or a movie company and get filthy rich. He had the courage to leak a lot of documents and when It comes to his sex change, he is afraid to say something? as far as I know, the decision was voluntary and nobody forced him to do it. |
