Title: 4x slot ok? Post by: ewitte on May 01, 2013, 03:30:01 PM Its been running fine but worried about power delivery especially if I switch over to LTC. I saw people burn connectors with 1x slots. Its a dual LGA 2011 MB rather not kill it! Running 2x of the HIS 7870's on that computer. The heatsink is too big to use both of the 16 slots and the 3rd isn't enabled until the 2nd cpu is installed. Its an open ended 4x slot.
