Title: BEWARE - FortuneJack
Post by: rouletteking on May 20, 2017, 02:53:18 PM
Issued resolved once I posted this, I still stress caution with this site. Some of the worst support around, this is how they treat VIPs???

-------------
I'm a big player for Fortunejack, probably the biggest they have. I have been playing there for years, I have a VIP host George V**** who is currently not answering his phone or email. Support is not helpful,

Below is my playing history today, from when I deposited 3 btc and made a withdrawal request

http://1.1m.yt/9QCPfm1.png

http://2.1m.yt/ZfVUZnJ.png

After waiting 3 hours for a withdrawal, I asked Live Support what was going on, Ivy was unhelpful and said they were having issues with their wallet (??).

Next, I receive the following email, clearly proving they are planning on scamming me.

http://1.1m.yt/GRMzJrO.png

1) Why does FortuneJack advertise instant withdrawals when that's clearly not the case?

2) Why doesn't FortuneJack pay winners when they get lucky and win?

3) Is FortuneJack Insolvent???

Affiliates, please don't blatantly defend FortuneJack in this thread, where is the FortuneJack admin that can speak to these issue?

The presented level of English used in the email is not fitting for a customer support representative assigned to a VIP customer like you. Just shocking  :o

Yes. Thank you. Nitro also has pretty poor customer support as well, Thank God this issue was resolved.

I don't really understand... What were you expecting?

It's a casino. Their only goal is to make money.
If you're a big player that means you made big wins. They want to check that those wins are legitimate before paying you out.
It would be the exact same thing in a real life casino. If you win a too high amount they will make you wait so they can analyse the pictures taken by cameras to be sure that you haven't cheated.
That's just to protect themselves from new hackers and bug exploiters that's all. Nothing unusual.

I agree they would be indeed be checking your earnings all pretty big and in a day, must have triggerd some flag so. Instant withdrawals these days are problematic and every one facing a issue, so being little patent is nice. In the end good thing is it got sorted, you could check other casinos like bit dice, I like the site and found it suitable, and of course you can check reviews out here, since you are vip you might have a better team to Carter to your needs.

Its to bad that a lot of the gambling sites run in this manner. You combine the overzealous signature campaign and the never ending list of rules that keep getting altered and it makes you really weary of using them for any serious amount of coin. Lot of people just glance at the rules without reading the requirements presuming bitcoin sites do not require to much info, which is the way it should be.

Edit:

I do understand the need to double check big amounts of coin but as a customer I would be worried looking at the identification requests.

I'm not trying to defend fortunejack, but it is a common practice on gambling sites. Casinos has the right to check all withdrawal (if needed) before they release it. Bets investigation does not mean that they excuse to pay, lets just wait for them to finish the investigation. Indeed, waiting is suck but this is the only thing that players can do.

Nah if they wanted to not pay they wouldn't have, like betcoin did.
They were just winning some time that's all.
Of course I don't believe a second that all those incidents sadly happened at this moment ^^

But they were excuses to check on the guys winning not excuses to not pay. Otherwise they simply wouldn't have paid ;)
Or at least not without the "are you really the account owner" card.

give it a little bit of time , your screenshots aren't showing any thing suspicious
most of casinos do the same thing , but since you are a VIP " as you are claiming " it's a shame that they are taking time to process a 2 btc profit withdrawal

The fact still remains?

1) Why does FJ claim instant withdrawals, when that's clearly not the case? Should they amend their marketing material to state VIP don't have instant withdrawals?

2) Does FJ hate VIP players that win?

3) Is FJ insolvent?

Fortunejack for quite some time they are no more providing instant withdrawal facility whether it is the small or big amount. But it looks like only for few member they may be sending instant and don't know what basis they are deciding that part. I too had same issues of waiting few hours to receive less than 01BTC. They will surely send money but they should remove that instant withdrawal statement from their website otherwise it is considered as a cheating.

I am very surprised if true fortunejack become a scam.
I'd better withdraw my funds temporarily until the problem is completely clean

Not because I'm promoting them through signature campaign, but the fact I always get instant payments so far. No doubt that there were some delay on big withdrawal as they needs to verify the big winnibmng first. I'm sure the payment will be sent shortly once they done the verification.

You just really need to be patient sometimes and I think because of the high price of bitcoin they are just settling down for the price to turn back and drop, there are many reasons why a gambling site doesn't just let a money out without further check on who won it I think it is for security reasons, and fortune jack has a reputation right now and ruining that is not worth at all, but if something like not paying occur, you can just report it to the forum I think that is the only thing you can do right now.
