I sent 0,04BTC to my Poloniex BTC deposit account, and all I get on blockr.io is bellow message

This transaction is unknown.

You might have used wrong transaction hash, or the transaction you're looking for hasn't yet propagated through the network. It can take a while for transactions to get to blockchain nodes.

Note, when transaction is first seen it can be just an unconfirmed transaction. Those transactions are not to be trusted yet, they are not part of the blockchain.

IS this normal? How long does it take for BTC to get there? Its been half hour and still the same.

What wallet or exchange did you use to send coins to poloniex with?

Have you tried searching for your transaction with these alternative explorers?

I think that's something wrong when you make a withdrawal or an incorrect deposit address, because I never get into trouble when making a deposit to a poloniex address. Hopefully your problem can be solved.

Have you call Poloniex customer service? It will be better choice than write this thread. Email them with your deposit problem, I believe they can give you solution. They usually make a fast response for some trouble like this.

they have a number to call, they don't answer support tickets that's for sure

I have around $3800 frozen in my account on Poloniex after I tried to upgrade my withdraw limit which was 10 days ago! 

Although it was stated on the verification page that it will take just a few minutes and in some cases up to 2 days. 

I have opened a ticked 9 days ago but still no response and they don’t let me take my coins out!  This is so messed up! >:(

I have withdrawn Digibyte 2393.66438357 some 3 days before, have confirmed the link received at email and the transaction shows Complete on my Poloniex History page but the balance wasn't arrived yet, actually the Txid given is invalid, I checked on explorer it shows "No matching record found". First time I am facing this issue, other times I get DGB withdraw within few minutes but this time took longer and still seems unsuccessful. Please check at your earliest and please don't let me wait for days for this issue. Txid is;

Do they really offer phone support? That sounds like a bullshit phishing scam. If it's not listed on their website don't call it. You will get screwed over 100% for sure. There are so many of these scams going around.

I also have the same problem at this stage transaction has been confirmed 171 times but nothing is showing on Poloniex, have send them a ticket will have to sit and wait.The fund shows that it has been credited to my wallet in cold but not on the site or transaction history

don't worry if your fund showing in blockchain , i am faced a same problem before 1month but they was solved in 5days wo wait guys
