I wonder if the PBOC has decided to look into them at the moment as well and check whether they have adequate AML and verification.
I think this now means that all Chinese exchanges are blocking cryptocurrency withdrawals. P.S. Polo has withdrawal issues and now Bter. You gotta really do your research before you put coins on an exchange or else you might just be throwing away your coins.
