Finally I found your post!! I'm trying to get a response back from kraken support since 05/24/2017 and there is no response Sad. I have a withdrawal on hold since 05/24/2017 16:22 GMT +01:00 and I try to do another today and it is on hold also. Kraken do not send me any email asking for confirmation.
