Because most of the times, the dev will just use something to create a coin.
But in reality, they will not do anything to collaborate with real stores/shops.

I like it when a coin has a connection to a real resource, or at least claims that it does, lol.  In the world where a new coin appears every five seconds, an investor has to have something that gets their attention.  i am not saying this coin is good, nor bad, just that there is at least the attempt to create value where there is initially none.
