Title: Poloniex deposit never credited Post by: aliens999 on May 31, 2017, 07:00:30 PM Hello everyone!!
I have an issue with Poloniex concerning a deposit in ETH. I understood that Poloniex only accepted deposit of 1 ETH. If the deposit is smaller then they will only appear once it reaches 1ETH, at least this is what I understand from here: "The minimum amount for deposit is 1 ETH. Smaller deposits will be credited once they total this amount." OK so here is what I did: - a first deposit of 1 ETH. I did this deposit but suddenly realized that the cost of sending 1 ETH might not allow me to see it on Poloniex; - so I did a second deposit of 0.1 ETH. Issue is that the first one appeared, but the second one never appeared. I proceeded to these two deposit in a 5 minutes interval and I have the proof they have been confirmed. I send a question to support of Poloniex but I wonder if they will answer me. Have I made a mistake? What should I do? Try to give them daily bump. Send the same query everyday so that you can have your multiple tickets. After that, try to have a 1 post every 5 minutes in their troll box regarding the issue. There is no Poloniex staff here that active in bitcointalk so no choice but to wait for their respond.
