Hi guys,
i really need help with this issue. it's the first time for me to mine i just started mining 14 days ago i know about the basic but haven't tried to trade yet.
so let's get right into the problem. I have received  1.xxx ETC on my ClassicEtherwallet then i sent them to my deposit address @ poloniex it's since 4 June,
 the transaction has 12619 confirmations but i got no money on Poloniex and my transaction history at poloniex is empty.
What's the problem here? idc about that 1 ETC i just wanna know what's the real issue

Currently, Poloniex is facing a lot of issues (deposits/withdrawals issues, lag issues, accounts issues, and even opening the exchange's website) due to 'unexpected large numbers of traffic' — which is ironic. On the troll box, moderators are saying that there are mostly 40,000 active users/traders on the site, which is something they aren't ready for. So that might be your problem.
Care to share your transaction hashID, it might help.

I already shared my transaction hashID but their support seems to be so poor, are there any alternative [TRUSTED] crypto-currency trading sites that don't have these issues?

Yeah, Bittrex, it's considered the second largest exchange after Poloniex. They are increasing in volumes and number of traders, but they seem to manage their website efficiently. But they got higher fees, for your information.

what about the sites like changelly.com and change.com..etc that doesn't require an account to exchange cryptocurrencies, are they trusted and can be used daily or should i use these big sites to do my daily exchanges?

If that's the case they should let their customers know before hand and not trap their money on their site.

I can see mine sitting on gastracker.io straight from my node too I mined it.

I have been asking them over and over and over and nobody responds.

To me I just don't buy that they have that much traffic and with the millions going through their they can't hire 50 more people? These guys are trying to be cheap i'm a business owner I can tell.

Instead of hiring a team to deal with it they remove the 4-5 mods from the trollbox to help out?

That's absolutely pitiful and unacceptable. Those guys have made so much money bot trading people out of their margins and what not its ridiculous they don't need my 5 etc they should refund me my money.

I'm waiting 2 days now, the funny thing is though I just deposited ETC on Sunday and withdrew it so that was AFTER this mans problem. I can show my Deposit history actually several times after this fellow was unable to move his ETC around I was able to deposit and withdraw ETC.

As soon as I get my 5 ETC i'm shutting down my Polo account. That entire site should be in jail for their insider trading and Ripple fiascos April 1st and onwards. So so tired of Poloniex. I get better service at tradeSatoshi and its puny volume compared to Polo. I can think of like several exchanges that never pull the same crap Polo does on a regular basis.

If anyone else is having issues please speak up we will band together and do something about this. Polo clearly has the ability to send the money back. If I can run a node on a socket 775 8 year old system whats holding up Polo?

I'm having ETC deposit issues now. Did yours ever show up on Poloniex?

I sent my first mined 1,3ETC to polo but they never showed up. Immediately got a paper wallet and started depositing there instead.

Support said "I am very sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing a momentary problem with the wallet and had to disable it for maintenance.
As soon as the wallet is re enabled your deposit will credit."

2 days ago. My deposit was 3 days ago.

i'm using coinpayments it's fees are high but it's simple
Poloniex is just a shitty site which has no support, oh btw there's no response to my ticket until now (created 12 days ago)

insane really.

I had withdrawn a few ETC (6.23716ETC to be exact), and tried depositing them in my Poloniex account, just to see what would happen. My deposit was credited 3 days after the initial date of the withdrawal process, and I had created a ticket regarding the issue 1 day after trying to deposit; yet I haven't received any resolution till this moment.

still waiting since June 12th...

14 days already.
OK, now i am really considering that they just robbed 2etc from me. Hope they are rich with 2 etc...

Same issue here, 15 days left, no ETC deposits on the balance (still on the deposit address), 12 days of no response to support ticket. Started to mine to a wallet.

It seems that something is seriously wrong with Poloniex.

I started to withdraw funds from it today. Funny, ETC withdrawals are almost instant (but still no deposits). But ETH withdrawal generated Tx in seconds, but after 8 hours there is no such transaction on the network and of course there is a zero balance. WTF...

9 hours after withdrawal the ETH was transferred to the wallet with different TxID. I read it is a "normal" practice for Polo to instantly show fake TxID and then transfer with different one. I don't know why. But today's withdrawal of 9.5 ETH was really instant, few seconds. Still no ETC deposits...

Yes that is what they do,they will initially show a fake transaction ID just to make you believe that the coins are sent instantly ,i am not sure why they are doing that,the rest of the exchanges i use will only show the transaction ID only after sending the coins,i am avoiding poloniex because something fishy is going on for the past few months.

Deposited some ETC 3 days ago nothing show under Poloniex balance. After opening a support ticket and selected ETC on one of the ticket fields that's what I got as auto-reply:

"We’re very sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing a momentary delay on deposits of this currency.
We are actively working to identify and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and we’re sorry for the inconvenience, don’t hesitate to reply to this message if you have any question."

Today is exactly a month, as I opened the ticket with ETC deposit problem. No results :(

Probably poloniex staff on this forum might notice this thread when it gets bigger.

I am having a similar problem since 26 days now, i sent some ETC to my poloniex account (i dont want to disclose the exact amount but it is well above 1 ETC) and nothing have been showing since then, i open a support ticket which all i am able to achieve is the number of dsys my request is been processed without any attention from the support.

I don't believe they're able to cope with that amount of tickets. They receive around 3000 tickets/day (according to ticket numbers I placed twice with 15 days interval for different issues). If they felt that 5 chat moderators can help, they do not have enough staff to handle it.

So I've only been waiting to see my ETC occasionally deposited.

Meanwhile I withdraw my funds from Poloniex within daily limits every day to sleep well.

Starting to do the same here... not confident with Polo anymore...

Any other trustable option to move in?

Have anybody tried to deposit more than 10 ETC with no result?

I have an idea that they may not deposit small amounts. It is like 1 ETH minimum for Ethereum, it could be, say, 10 ETC minimum for Ethereum Classic, and sending more than 10 will fix the issue? I am tempting to send some ETC just to check it, but afraid it will hang as well.

Can anybody confirm that even 10+ ETC deposits are stuck?

I deposited 4 etc and still has not gone into my account. 13 days ago I opened a support ticket  and still no response not good enough.  they just dont answer or give any explanation.  i have withdrawn all other coins from this site and will never use them again very poor customer service and they are stealing my money.

Got 6 ETC stuck in Poloniex Limbo last night and managed to dislodge it by firing 9 more ETC into the wallet. The 1 ETC deposit threshold notification is hopelessly outdated. Judging by the various reports of this issue from the past 2 months, it appears that Poloniex's ETC wallet (and possibly their ETH wallet) are experiencing progressively higher and higher deposit thresholds. As of 21-07-2017, I would estimate that the minimum ETC required to be deposited before they'll add it to your account is somewhere between 10 to 15 ETC.

Of course, take this advice with a grain of salt. I could have just gotten lucky with Poloniex's nebulous depositing system.

Poloniex, whan you read, 11000 confirmation shows that you got my 11.7991 coins. If you have technical issue with ETC wallet, exchange my ETC to another coin, like USDT, DOGE, BTC, DGB, etc.

Is the trading back? The latest updates in the official poloniex twitter claim that the trading is halted, but that was 20 hours ago, and it's pretty insane to see poloniex having problems after BTC-E. Looks like it's exit scam season, every august some big exchange decides to have an inside job.

I would like to trust that poloniex is legit and these are legit problems they are dealing with, but if you have been around here for a long time, you should be skeptic of every single exchange and treat them as scams.

I can confirm ETC deposit issues.

I have 2 explanations:
- they are stupid and do not bother answering critical issues even if there is valid transaction ID available
- they use your money for trading while deposit is in suspended state

I think that they are scammers, if it is so -> everyone will receive ETC on wallets when etc rate goes down and stabilize.

Same with me,3 days  ago i sent 19 XCP from counterparty wallet to poloniex,but until today i don't see my xcp balance in poloniex.Whereas in my balance transaction history I have entered the address poloniex, I also have sent a ticket, asked on twitter, but still no answer.

I deposited a larger sum of ETC to Poloenix (> 100 ETC) yesterday. It didn't show up in the first hour. Found this thread and got quite worried. I obviously wouldn't have sent it if I had read it before. Opened a ticket.

When I woke up this morning, the full amount was available! So it took a couple of hours.

So, deposits are working, but there seems to be some manual verification involved. Maybe my case was handled relatively quick due to the larger amount? Anyway, I will probably turn to another exchange next time.

Good news! My deposit has come to balance of POLONIX, I throw out all the bad words. Perhaps temporary difficulties, the patience is necessary. The office is serious, it is a lot of users, huge traffic. My wish let support works up to standard. Progress and prosperity!

I sent my LBC from Poloniex to Bittrex a week ago and still nothing, I have my TX and open a ticket with Poloniex but they do not answer....does Poloniex have a bitcointalk thread I can use? They are really bad service

Oh my god! I open a new ticket a week later and there are 10,000 new tickets in one week!!!

These people should lock the exchange and not allow trading or deposit etc till they handle all  the tickets first! They need to be professional

From my personal experience i doubt if all this will work because it happened to me sometimes this year and all efforts to contact them from twitter, their supports proved ineffective.

They have right now credited my account but not because i did any extra ordinary thing but i keep on updating my ticket and wait patiently.
