I had bought some octanox on livecoin...when livecoin has delisted the coin I transferred my coins on the octanox web wallet. I registered. I activated the 2fa . Last week, I tried to access the web wallet and now it tells me that I am not registered..."Account Not Exist!".. I tried to reset the password but I am told that the email is not among those registered? I do not appear registered? what? I can give evidence of what I say! I can give proof of the transaction that I have done from livecoin to the web wallet I have still active on my phone the 2fa to the web https://app.octanox.org/ I tried to contact the octanox team but they do not tell me anything ..I wrote on the forum, on twitter, on their email support, but nothing .. they pretend not to hear Their web wallet system is a scam. I have no control over the keys. is actually not a web wallet is just a web page!.. Where are my coins? Who can I contact? Who can help me? Thanks for reading regards Am sorry to read about the issues you are experiencing : unfortunately I can't help you because I only translated their announcement thread in Italian during the pre ICO phase and I have never been in contact with the team except for translation bounty purpose. From what I read , either from you and in original discussion, seems like they abandoned the project but hope I'm wrong on this and it's just a temporary situation ( unlikely in my opinion by tjhe way).
