What does it mean by Minimum withdraw is 2000 while standard tax is 400 on withdraw tab for bitcoin. What that 2000 means? Is it 2000 satoshi or 2000 BTC  ;D

The tax for withdraw is 400 for fees, so you will receive 2000-400=1600 for example

To be honest every 'currently online users' stat can be manipulated very easily.
There is no chat or any other functionality which will be helpful to determine whether there are real people playing.

One more suggestion: your message in withdrawal window is unclear. So minimal withdrawal limit is 2000 satoshi and TX fee is 400 satoshi?
