Even if he pays, do you really want his dust bitcoins added to your bitcoins? His reward is smaller than the transaction fee needed to spend the bitcoin he will send. At most, he will bloat your transaction fees when you spend your coins. Doing this is just a waste of time.

This is not the first time that he made a thread here and he has no any plan to escrow tha funds because in short he is not paying. I think so that this is just only his alt account, he is just only wasting his time and to other newbies that will do this.
