I accidentally (myself) clicked on the link in the email and accidentally frozen my account on Poloniex. The question was written in the ticket (https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/174430). It's been over (on June 15, 2017) 22 days and my account has not been defrosted! How long can we wait? If anyone can help in defrosting. I perfectly understand that the support service is overloaded, but it's been a long time already = (
