My account (username: "flis1986") was locked when I tried to retrieve my password. When trying to login, I receive the following message: "Sorry flis1986, you are banned from using this forum! For security, your account has been locked. Email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com" I have tried to send a few emails to the provided address, but I didn't receive any response. How can I unlock my account? Thank you in advance for your assistance. Thank you. I have tried to restore the account with the security question, but apparently it didn't work. I am using the same email address, so this is a good proof for ownership.
