Title: GTX 1070 FTW Gaming ACX 3.0 PROBLEM 2x8 pin connector hx1050 Post by: petcuiulian880 on June 23, 2017, 10:27:23 PM Hello everyone.
After a few days after ordering 6 gtx 1070 ftw gaming acx 3.0 I found out that they come with 2 x 8 pin connectors. My PSU hx1050 only comes with 6 of these cables. So if I have to connect 2 x 8 pin to 2+6 pin connector to a gpu I could only run 3 of these cards ? Am I right ? I am so devastated after finding this out as I only have this psu... Maybe I dont rly have to connect 2 x 2+6 pin connectors to gpu, maybe it would work with only one? Thanks in advance for trying to help me ! I mean without OC 1070 use 150w. All your sistem will 6*150 + cpu+hdd+dram+..=1000 minimum. It is nearly limit for your ps. If you want to use your ps 24/7 for a long time you should using 50-70% of its 12v power.

I did some research and I found out that I need some 6 pin to 2 x 8 pin connectors. my risers came with 6 pin slot and with a 6 pin to sata cable. please help! I cant find a psu above 750W in my country :( |
