Eeeh, wot? :) I'm really curious why would you do this? The pump and dump scheme originates from first building up a sizable position in something, THEN pumping the price (promoting), and then selling into the pumped up price (the dump), to make a profit. Pre-announcing a pump seems counter-intuitive to me. Unless you already bought, and what you're actually doing now is the pump part (promotion) and you're just sitting there waiting for everyone to take your BQC off your hands.
