I am looking for somebody who can replace old html with new one in PHP site. Theme already developed you need just relate it with php. It is not very difficult job but you need to have some patience and html with php skills. I will pay 50$-70$ for it. No prepayment but escrow if you want. Site have about 10 pages. You will obtain access to already running site with uploaded new theme (via codeanywhere.com (http://codeanywhere.com) account). Only serious people because I need it fast. Thanks. You could easily use wordpress for this kind of job and intergrate your existing html theme/template.
