I have limited Paypal with $1k balance, can I withdraw the funds if I submit these docs?

I have gone through ops vouch. I think its amazing and helpfup to save people from this big scam company paypal. Talk to op via skype he will get you all needed docs, op is also able to make business license doc which paypal asks. Using his service you will be able to lift limitation and once its lifted you can easily withdraw.

General suggestion: Money from all limited paypal acc can be withdrawn after 180 days so you can even wait and withdraw it. But since its 1100$ i dont think spending 15-20$ to lift limitation is bad and so you can go with ops work for docs and other needfull things.
My suggestion: use an escrow and you can pay after limitation is lifted. I have checked ebook/ops method and everything looks good to me but every case is difft so first talk with op and take his suggestion and if you prefer escrow then you can use escrow service because many provide free escrow service here in this forum.

Good vouch but for a service that has the no refund policy i highly doubt it that escrow will be an option here, as you can see that op requires you to place another order should you need additional documents in order to restore your account.

So, you are violating the terms and conditions of this website, eBay, Paypal and everything in between with a public declaration of the intent to commit fraud.  It is logged and capped with the same IP address as your other alt accounts, your accounts and that VPS you have, all very public, not hidden at all and absolutely air tight banning all accounts and prosecuting perfect.

Paypal is biggest scammer. Am planning to file a law suit against them and fight them in court for all scams they are doing.
I am scammed of 600$(negative bal as mny in my bank) i have all legal proofs. Local police investigation report, call recordings, emails and chat proof.

Dnt want to narrate whole case here. So i think what this guy is doing is help to protect others from losing their mny. How much it will work i dont know but this is not illegal.
In my case paypal violated their own terms i have my call rec with their manager.
And op wont be banned till he doesnt add funds. After he adds they will ban.
