I have contacted BetOpen many times, either via e-mail . Until recently they said they had technical problems, but I do not think this is true, others with a smaller balance have already paid. I do not believe they have the desire and opportunities to pay.

Multiple scam accusations opened against them in the past.
You could have checked the untrusted feedback I've left days ago.You shouldn't be playing on such sites in the first place.
Users like Chevas Regal (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=844504) have given them positive feedback on basis of nothing.
Wait for them to reply.

Make sure you go to their ANN and reference this thread.  Only way you can make them pay is by hurting their bottom line.

I feel bad for their investors.  :-\

Also post it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1970271.80;topicseen

I am so sure the other one got filled up with scam accusations so they decided to open a new one.  So shady.

OP, sorry to hear this.

Keep on complaining, hopefully they will respond to you. That's what happened with M0w anyways, who was another guy who got robbed of his 0.9 BTC withdrawal and he kept bumping his thread, and eventually his withdrawal was processed.

Betopen has their ICO on right now, and seems to be spending a lot on advertising(http://www.newsbtc.com/2017/06/25/betopen-ico-offers-investors-unique-opportunity/ and a bunch of other sites). So they probably do have the BTC to pay you back.

I don't think that anyone should use the site to bet/to invest in their ICO. It's just not good business practice when you've got several outstanding overdue payments to users, and you're still asking for more funds.

Thanks for tagging, and thanks for the address.

Sorry for that, I saw them offering one of those too-good-to-be-true bonuses and expected something like this rising, even if they didn't directly close it but accusing people of abusing it and causing regular depositors issues,
The reply is hilarious, actually not answering the question at all..

Mind saying what sort of technical issue? That seems like a go-to phrase that every single scam site goes to when they have liquidity issues.

Though OP does seems to be paid back, therefore the accusation should be resolved.

It's funny though that you will only resolve issues when someone opens a scam accusation against you, and not just crediting his bitcoin address without further action needed. I wnouldn't recommend anyone investing in their ico.
