Title: Want to buy: USB Miner for Bitcoin
Post by: sad_miner on June 29, 2017, 01:43:47 AM
Hello,

I'm looking for an AntMiner USB device to mine some Satoshis with, someone in Australia or willing to ship to Australia.

I'd like an AntMiner U1 USB that can still do about 1.6Ghash/sec.  I will consider others that do mhash's/sec.  Must be reasonably easy to use, with guides on the Web and able to work with cgminer or other readily available software I can compile on Linux or Windows.

Thanks.

I'll kick in a few extra with 0.015 BTC (all I have right now) as well as the asking price if it's reasonable.

yeah, the problem with these usb-miners these days is that you cant get your money back, not even if you really really wants to...

Kind regards emiL932

Yes, I think so.  For me, I don't mind to start with.  I don't ever expect to see a return from mining unless I go all in on latest gear sometime; not sure if I'm ready for spending that cash and the electricity bill yet.  In this case I want to try it out and probably run it for as long as I can for the heck of it.  Seems like a GekkoScience release coming in August this year might be a good one, apparently does 15 Ghash/sec.  Not bad for a new miner,  Join a pool and see what happens...
