Dear forumers,

I was looking in the the ICO of Monkey Capital,  they will start their ICO 8 July, and will be issuing 1.000.000.000 (1 Billion) tokens. 

the plan they have looks pretty impressive and if works it could be monkey crazy!  They are also going to hold aditional ICO´s to make the value of the monkey token even more valueble to hold..

I wonder what would be the estimate token price?  In my opinion it should be 1 cent a pop.  The price could increase dramaticly after proven succes..

Another important point I have is, they got a thumps up from Coinschedule and I think even a platinum award for being the most promising ICO...   I wonder how heavy does this weigh in?

If anybody has some real info please post it!  Also if the guys behind it are well known or not..

From their website:  There will be a total of one billion Monkey Tokens (MNY) issued at Monkey Capital’s ICO. MNY subscribers will get additional tokens in subsequent ICOs held by Monkey Capital too every time it undertakes a different project. Token holders in MNY get back 114% of their MNY holdings as a result of the multi-ICO strategy.

 
Monkey Capital’s founders will collectively hold 200m dividend-paying tokens under the fund’s management company. Those tokens will be restricted from sale by mutual agreement of the Partners for at least 3 years.

I wonder why these guys are not reachable, are they really serious about their ico?  I mean no twitter no email...  nothing...    does anybody know more about it?

Why do you really hurry to start the ICO, even ann anda have not done, you actually like the person who chased the ghost.

It's a very interesting name--monkey, but the current market, it is difficult to carry out the ICO, hope to succeed, continue to pay attention.

Yes. We are now heading to a difficult market stage. Last year only ICONOMI was able to reach great heights even when market was down. Many ICOs were still successful but not like the previous ones held at first and second quarter of the year. Hopefully 2017 last quarter will be good to us. Anyway whales are slowly accumulating.

There is no fixed price of the coin and maximum capitalization. Therefore it is not so profitable asset for investors. But still the choice of the Wave platform is correct.

I believe their coeval tokens are already trading.

Having read through their white paper twice I have to put my hands up and admit that I couldn't understand it fully ??? and I've been a hedge fund manager for 12 years across asset classes.

Hopefully the next version of the whitepaper makes it clearer, but I would not invest in anything I couldn't understand.

One bit that did concern me:

FEES: Audit Management Fee
5% AUM of gross portfolio amounts belonging to Tokens managed by Monkey
Capital are paid annually up front to The Factory Banking Company for Audit
Management costs. The funds will be escrowed and paid to TFBC on a quarterly
basis.

That seems quite high and TFBC does not appear to be an independent, established and well respected company.

I'm as big a skeptic as anyone, but Daniel answers questions all day long in the Slack group. He publishes info that you'd never see from other leaders during ICO's as he is very up front and colorfully blunt.

There are literally thousands of comments per day in the group, 24x7.

1 billion tokens ?

This ICO started with much hype making us believe it is a killer. This is turning out to be what we term as 'no future ambition' ICO competing with UET ICO as things are just going the other way. Has anyone seen the price of Monkey Plummeted from bad to work pre-ICO. Could anyone in the know inform us what exactly is going on.

I will be posting a video to my youtube channel tonight with the most up to date info that I have.

Long story short: ICO is CANCELLED, they got outside funding. Coeval still give MNY on September 9. In order to receive dividends you need COEVAL and MNY tokens in a certain ratio ( this ratio yet unannounced). Team is expanding and still working.

My gut is 75% scam, 25% legit. If it goes it is going to go HUGE. Expect in the order of 200x returns, because the price is so dumped right now.

so this is information I got recently a webcall of David Harisson on youtube where he is talking about that the tokens will be on different platform cause he is blaming Waves for the fkp.
This information is most important for me cause now I am confused as how would the tokens transfer to different protocol/network.

second is these articles on coinspeaker (I think on of them is written by him) where he is explaining why he blames WAVES, I dont remember how the volume of COE/WAVES was in the beginning of the trading (but I agree that it is possible that COEVAL brought a lot of volume on Waves platform - I did not do any thorough research though)

I have the same question, from what I hear WAVES team made it "dissappear" well they untick the green sign from that.

Ok my mistake, guess I dont understand WAVES DEX, the COE starting with this 7iuKMcC.... is still there and it shows me the good ammount as I have, so it did not dissappear it just became unverified by WAVES (which was before verified). Not that I gain trust towards Harisson now, but I am definitely losing trust to WAVES platform (would like to see how "thorough" is their verifying process) and would like to get my tokens out of there ASAP. I hope he was not lying about that deal with other platform and that they will issue new COE tokens to holders of WAVES COEVAL there, cause something rotten is in the kingdom of Waves in my opinion.

true to that, but did they have such a huge volumes on any other coin before (other than WAVES)? This is not that I want to defend Harisson I think what they did is childish and it can very possibly be just a scam.

How much did you put into coeval? and you can still sell there are plenty of buy orders on the waves exchange, unless you bought really high.

So this was another ICO scam? Should you guys verified that those team members are real and legit? Because if yes then they should say something or else there should be possibilities to take legal actions.
