I've noticed that a single instance of poclbm.exe seems to keep my a single CPU core pretty occupied. I have two GPUs running currently and two instances of poclbm.exe staying at around 25% cpu usage each. I have a 4 core CPU on this motherboard, and I will shortly place 2 more cards onto the motherboard. It seems likely that this would max out the CPU all of the time. Is it ideal to have a 1/1 cpu/gpu ratio? If someone were to setup with 6 GPUs, would they want to have 6 cores? Thanks for reading my questions. Use the Affinity setting in the latest version of GUI Miner, or set the affinity manually, in order to assign all of the instances of poclbm to the same one core.I've noticed that a single instance of poclbm.exe seems to keep my a single CPU core pretty occupied.
