They were sort-of narky that there is a high volume of postal parcels at the moment, however, they were a little baffled as to where the parcel is. Will make a phone call on Tuesday (after the Anzac Day Long-week-end) and see if a search can be launched.
Title: Re: Swapping coins for gemstones Post by: roughswap on April 26, 2020, 12:20:37 PM I talked to royal mail they say the parcel has left the country, and said to expect delays I read somewhere up to 6 weeks, I have tried to phone them back but the lines are very long i will ring them again, and get some answers. Have you checked too see if they have arrived yet and not been scanned along the way?
Regards RS Title: Re: Swapping coins for gemstones Post by: Timelord2067 on April 26, 2020, 05:34:42 PM I talked to royal mail they say the parcel has left the country, and said to expect delays I read somewhere up to 6 weeks, I have tried to phone them back but the lines are very long i will ring them again, and get some answers. (my P.O. wasn't very helpful, they just looked "out the back" and checked the auspost.com.au website which we've checked before.) Will advise in a couple of days. |
