In two words, we have the existing Windows Store app (we contributed the code repo (https://github.com/dmitry-nosov/soccerchain) to Github) and the backend which supports different types of tournaments between players, and we would like to expand to the cryptocurrency market with the support of community, namely:

• Create the web/mobile versions of the app
  
• Perform the engine refactoring (as it is more than 4-years old)
  
• Run ICO to add more sports and more exciting features or prepare to become a part of a bigger company like Sbobet, 188bet, Betfair and the like
  

For long-term investors, we see the following arguments for investing in the project:

• Considerable market growth potential (14% - 35% in average) multiplied by the number of people entering the cryptocurrentcy universe.

For short-term investors, the pros of investing in this project are as follows:

• The biggest challenge of this token sale is to get enough support for preparing to ICO (in 3-4 months). If we successfully close this round, the current SOC tokens will be bought back for 200% of their price in ETH upon an investor's request.
  
• If the project is not positively perceived by backers and does not make even 25 ETH, the invested money will be refunded.

I suggest you to view the Marketplace board in the forum , to learn how to make bounty campaigns like other devs do .

Signature campaign is advertising through someone elses signature space, like the one I have below. It helps for promoting and extending the exposure of the project to the community here in the forum. Most campaigns will prefer to pay in bitcoin so that the tokens will not be sold immediately by bounty hunters when it gets listed on an exchange but it is up to you wheter you'll pay through stakes or tokens of soccerchain.

Is there a plan for ICO for this coin? I'm also confused whether the coin is focused on betting or games?

You can't set up the exact date of ICO. Usually all serious projects plan it beforehand. Any doubts about the successful fundraising?
