at bitcointalk/marketplace the rate of scammers are above 80% and are already at a critical mass. Meanwhile scammers want to scam and can only find other scammers who want to scam the scammers. If you want to "buy anywhere some bitcoins" withdraw your PayPal funds to your bank account and then get the cash out of the account, then use a non-reversible payment method. Newbie...
