Apps would never tell you how to cash out...? You know that bitcoins are money right? What do you think you're "cashing out"  here?

If you want fiat try localbitcoins or just go to a local exchange.

the "money" in a bitcoin wallet is in the form of bitcoin! and in order to "cash out to your bank account" you need to convert bitcoin to fiat and then send that fiat to your bank.

the process of converting is simply selling bitcoin to someone or using a platform like an exchange to sell it and receive the fiat in return.
here are some places you can do that:
localbitcoins.com
coinbase.com
kraken.com

You need to exchange bitcoin into fiat currency, you cannot just cash out or transfer the money to bank account just like that.
I suggest avoid using paypal to sell it, because it is reversible and some people here do chargebacks and try to scam your money.

localbitcoins.com
coinbase.com
kraken.com

Kraken and localbitcoins are fine, coinbase is okay too, but they have quite often problems and their support is horrible.
They do not look into your problem before you make a Scam accusation or so on about them. The plus is quite low fees when buying with credit card, not many providers offer such low rates.
Bitstamp is good as well, from what i have heard.

first, where you come from? i think if you are from asia, then you can find seller in the same city as you and you can withdraw your bitcoin into fiat. but if you can not find then i will suggest to use localbitcoin.com as you can find recommmended seller that maybe come from the same city like you so you don't have to worried with scam.

You cannot cash out bitcoins directly from your wallet. What you can do is register with an exchange and trade your bitcoins for cash or try local bitcoins. You could also try the currency exchange on the forum, be careful of scammers, same with local bitcoins.
