Blockrent.club was founded to address the issues within the home rental market. It was designed to use the blockchain to manage tenancy agreements and disputes between landlords and tenants.
It allows future tenants to review the property and its maintenance history before taking it. It allows landlords to review a tenants payment history before accepting them. Considering most Millennials and Generation Z will never own a home, smart contracts for home rental make sense. We're currently running our ICO and hope you will support us, either by contributing or by helping us spread the word.
