Which exchange allow us to do so?

We will do some trading on top of that.

I did this before when xvc and zcash are still giving little earnings even I'm just using my laptop I directly send my mined coins inside bittrex  coming from supranova mining pool I'm not sure if I get what you are asking but as long as you have the right address it will be send to your exchange account.

I don't think it's an issue with exchanges allowing it but hey don't recommend it just like they
don't recommend leaving large balances on the exchnage. For coins that require a payment ID,
like Monero, it's not possible.

Bittrex allows it. Mining Siacoin (SC) through it. Transferred ETH and Decred to its wallet.

While mining ZCash through Nicehash, all my BTC earnings go to Coinbase on weekly basis.

Hope it helps.

I read negative things about Poloniex, that several people had issues getting their deposits for various Altcoins and therefore, I would be careful about it.

Supernova is a bad example because you mine to your Supernova account, then transfer to your wallet.
The question refers to no-login mining where the exchange's deposit address is used as the worker.

I've been mining ZEC straight to Poloniex for ages, and now they have disabled ZEC deposits and withdrawals because of Dev issues.

A warning would have been nice ... now I have to wait until they sort it out and 3 days of mining is stuck in the system  ::)

This is incorrect. Some Monero pools do allow mining to exchange with a payment ID. I use monerohash.com, and while I don't mine to an exchange myself, they do support it.
