What if a single post to the "Scam Accusations" board gets the relevant member a "Dispute" tag until the dispute is resolved or the individual is confirmed/deemed to be a scammer? One board for a mod to keep an eye on and much easier for n00bs to check. There will always be scamming, of course, but I do think this board has a bad rep for it.
