Title: Help with Block.io Post by: Panda220 on July 16, 2017, 10:28:29 AM Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with regard to Block.io's Secret Pin. It's my understanding from what I read in the FAQ's that you can change your Secret Pin as long as you have your Secret Mnemonic. It says to ignore the Current Secret Pin field, provide the Secret Mnemonic, enter and confirm new Secret Pin. However, I get an error message stating that Secret Pin is incorrect. Any input is greatly appreciated!

https://talkimg.com/images/2023/11/15/z0Uwc.png for practice, I set the "new" PIN as 12345678... clicked the "Change Secret Pin" button and it started generating new secrets and gave me a new mnemonic. https://talkimg.com/images/2023/11/15/z0aEP.png Are you sure you're only using letters and numbers as specified for the PIN? no special symbols... |
