Can you explain the difference between Address Watcher Users and Merchants? Another thing I cannot figure out is, if the payment goes directly to merchant's wallet, how do you get your fees?

Each user has a prepaid credit balance in BTC. Fee is deducted from that. You can deposit BTC into your credit balance when it is running low.
