Follow the format given to this link (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0). Seems like whoever who has the possession of your account just recently changed the email address. After you signed the message then send it to theymos or Cyrus then wait.

I doubt theymos or cyrus will give you your account back without proofs because anyone can write anything here.
