Phishing would be if it went to a link that looked like the bitcointalk forum, but in reality it was a fake site designed to steal your login info. This appears to just be an early mailing list signup form. Nothing wrong with those.

A question: the images of people avatars in the background when you scroll down... where did you get them? Are those people involved with the project or is it a gravatar thing? Only asking because I recognized a couple of those faces from dribbble! Lol!
