Attempted to make a trade with me then added on that he would also buy some ripple from me for a price that would be considered a total rip off. Would not go through with the original trade offer. Not sure if he should be called a scammer completely, but definitely untrustworthy. Also see this thread in which someone is recommending avoiding him:
