Yobit warning:

Yobit SHRM wallet is sitting on a wrong chain for weeks and they are ignoring all my requests.
Do not send any SHRM there for now - coins will not arrive.
Their wallet shows online status but actually it's forked and does not work.

I've sent them numerous requests but no response at all.

Those who have Yobit account please file a support ticket ans ask them to fix SHRM wallet.
Tell them their wallet is forked and they need to re-sync.

Send them these directions:
1. Shutdown SHRM daemon and delete old blockchain files (blk0001.dat, peers.dat database folder, txleveldb directory).
2. Add reservebalance=999999 line to SHROOMS.conf
3. Build SHRM from the latest source (v1.4.1.0) at https://github.com/cryptoshrooms/shrooms
4. Keep SHRM offline for 24 hours to make sure forked wallet ban expired on all permanent nodes.
5. Start SHRM daemon and re-sync.

Hope they will fix it faster if they see more users interested...

I've tried to compile the wallet from the source, and when i try to run the ./SHROOMd i get:

Did you try to run it for the second time? It may throw that error on the first run but for the second time it should start ok.

Please for you as a coin developer to quickly repair YOBIT Wallet as soon as possible. Because this is very disappointing.

It seems that if you want to do staking it takes time to mature to hourly hours, whether it is 3 hours even up to 8 hours depending on each regulation from dev.

For now first thing to do is to get Yobit to fix their wallet. Price can't settle properly with coins stuck at Yobit and we can't move forward. I've sent them a lot of messages, all ignored.

People who have an account at Yobit, please file a support ticket and ask them to fix SHRM wallet - tell them their wallet has forked, they have to re-sync.

No response is one of the biggest issues with Yobit

what you are asking is the equivalent of a Turbocharged pink/green Unicorn which shoots laser beams out of its arse

That exchange is holding tons of hostage, , their wallets tend to be in maintain for 3 months, open for 2 hours, then u try and send those coins and they put it back in maintain and ur withdraw is "sending" for 3 next months,,,, just an example on some random coin

They are just extremely slow in fixing their broken wallets. More users complaints about certain wallet = higher priority to fix.

hey shrm guys can you get to yobit? Ive had shrm on withdrawl stuck for a week. no support, no way to cancel or get my coins. I think yobit needs a hand to get the wallets working right now withdrawls are froze up

Yobit SHRM wallet has forked long time ago and sitting on its own wrong chain since then, that's why withrawals are stuck.
All they need to do is to upgrade to the latest version and re-sync.

We are sending requests to Yobit support every week, all ignored so far...

Yobit wallet is now synced to the correct blockheight so they finally did fix it!
Deposits/withdrawals still disabled though, hope they will enable it soon.

I think its to keep people from moving to an exchange with actual support, like I been trying to do.

Seems like the project is about to loose all its community because of bad wallet control by Yobit as not everybody hold his coins in desktop wallet. Project team should get in touch with Yobit support asap to solve synchronization issues. First stages of this project, still need traders community to add more value to the newborn coin.

Yes the project team is still alive.

There are no synchronization issues at Yobit anymore, their wallet is updated, online and synced to the correct chain.
They just didn't enable deposits/withdrawals yet for some reason.

Please file a support ticket at Yobit and ask them to enable deposits/withdrawals.
We are doing the same evey week.
The more tickets they get the faster they do.
We don't have any other ways to contact them.

Yeah I have had no luck either. My recommendation for everyone here is to try to send them a tweet every day for a bit. Maybe we can poke through the noise. There is an over 1000% price difference between Cryptopia and YoBit. So the arbitrage potential is HUGE. This could net us a lot of money so I think it is in everyone's interest to make as much noise as possible. I will never buy anything from YoBit again. Terrible site in so many ways....

Current staking difficulty is low so blocks of something like 5 coins should stake fine  :)

Yeah I am slowly coming to terms with this fact... I just really wanted to try to get through to YoBit. I will lose half my money that I put in if I sell now. It is not an insignificant part of my crypto portfolio :(

yes you can stake with 0.6 coin, can take some more time but should stake fine.

That means your stake was not accepted by the network - someone elses block was inserted in the blockchain faster and yours get orphaned.

It happens sometines, not unusual.
Your coins will NOT lose age and weight in that case and will re-stake soon, just keep staking.

Looks like your SHRM blockchain files got damaged somehow and you need to delete blockchain data and re-sync the wallet.

That's weird. Could you please backup your wallet, start SHROOMS with empty new wallet, fully sync, then restart it with your old wallet, try to stake and send me the full log?

Did you extract files from blockchain zip archive to C:\users\****\appData\roaming\SHROOMS ? Usually this error may appear when wallet started for the first time when blockchain database files not there yet.

By the way what is the total supply ?

At the moment total supply is only 827355 coins.
Shrooms are scarce, inflation is very low.
Starting from 11 January 2020 POS reward will be set to 0.13 SHRM per block forever so the total supply will always be very limited.

On April 19 max shrooms growth cap per block successfully switched to 0.23 SHRM and will stay at that level until January 11, 2020.
