Pleased to announce our new service www.BuyBitcoinAustralia.com (http://www.BuyBitcoinAustralia.com) which allows Aussies to buy bitcoins using their existing internet banking portal.

for the moment - no ;)

we intend to bring over-the-counter deposits online sometime in the future at which point we will be in a better position to level our pricing directly to beat our competitors.

However, we are offering an instant and online method of buying bitcoins which is quite different from bitinnovate, so essentially, no, we're not in competition with them (or anyone) since no one else is offering the same thing

Noted, but I still think as a new service you'd benefit from at least matching their fees.

I'm glad that you're giving Australians another option though. If you drop those fees by even 1 or 2%, you'll probably get more customers.

One quick suggestion for the site, you might want a homepage that outlines who you are, and how users will actually pay for the Bitcoins. At the moment you're just wanting people to start the buying process as soon as they enter the site, and an FAQ shouldn't be the only source of information if people are looking for it quickly.

An option to specify the amount in BTC would also be nice. I like rounded numbers. You should also show how many Bitcoins you're going to get for a given amount of AUD.
