The total number of tokens issued will be quantified after the completion of the ICO, based on the amount collected and the price of one token. Why the hard cap of this project is just a little bit, will $ 500k be able to make this project work and may be growing rapidly?

While preparing for the ICO, we've objectively estimated how much funding we can raise. We realized we would face a distrust towards our team and project, and as a consequence,  it would be quite difficult to collect a large amount of money. That is why we decided to work out such a project development strategy, where we'd be able to bring the project to a new level, taking minimum expense by that. This approach,  in  our opinion,  would  contribute  to a better confidence of the investors towards the fact, that we don't intend to raise the maximum possible funds, but precisely as much as we really need.
Of course, we would like to increase the hard cap by several times, as the more funds we could raise, the more significant growth would be expected. But in that case, as it seems to us, we would have risked to daunt the investors.

Aside from the fact that this is Russian-developed project, there are only 2 people involved in the development.
There's high probability that this will just deceive people in the long run.
That's why there's so much hesitation from the community.
And the progress of this is not smart, instead very slow. So difficult to trust a project nowadays.

$500,000 is not that money we would drop our Project for. We had received offers before of buying it for a lot of money. Especially in Russia, where our Project has proved to be very popular and famous. Our names are too well known,  and such deception would ruin our reputation for the lifetime.

I just see a very interesting concept and a roadmap that makes me a little confused when reading it, but I have not found a very important coin specification, I hope dev update it quickly, thanks

Our Project has two founders, who comprise the core of the whole thing. At different times the team consisted of 2-6 people depending on the amount of funding.
When we had won the Startup Chile grant, it allowed us to have additional developers on the team, which enabled us to get a very quick growth in a short period of time.

We planned to do the announcement of the start ICO in August. Our prep work took a little more time, so we did the announcement in September.

and there are some more small misstakes: (eng) goal = (ro) tel, but "tel" is more of a poetic word, the correct word is "obiectiv" the translated word for objectiv, which in romanian makes more sense.
And there are some more small misunderstandings, that makes from the romanian translations of your web page hard to understand what you really want people to understand.
