Title: Bitrated support? Post by: OmegaStarScream on July 31, 2017, 02:53:33 PM I contacted them through the contact form on their site but no replies, It's being like two or three weeks since then. I can't seem to find the official announcement thread on the forum either. All I want is to terminate my account which I believe is possible to do according to their TOS.

If it is for privacy reasons, then just login to your account and change all the information you provided and save them and dump the account. Even if they will terminate your account according to their Terms and Conditions, they still may have a backup of all the information you provided while signing up with them. It is indeed due to privacy reasons, I have changed all my information's however my real name is my username. I really don't care whether they keep data on their servers or not, I simply don't want that Bitrated result to show in search engines when my name is googled and in order to have that, the account must be terminated/deleted. |
