Have you tried following the information released by the Ledger dev's here: http://support.ledgerwallet.com/knowledge_base/topics/bitcoin-cash

Seems you need to update to latest Ledger Nano S firmware, install a "BCH" (aka BCC) app on your device, and update the chrome extension. You should then be able to choose between Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash when you go to use the chrome extension.

Thanks,
With the current firmware I can only see my BCC by logging in the Main Bitcoin and then switch the blockchain into Bitcoin Cash.

When I choose Bitcoin Cash, Split it shows 0.

Another thing: I recently moved my BTC to the exchange.
Do you think I`ll see my BCC after reseting all the data, installing new firmware and restoring an acess to my old wallet?

As for now I see this:

"warning: Bitcoin Cash deployment is in progress. Transactions done on the Bitcoin Cash chain might not be propagated and processed i timely fashion. Learn more.

How can I send the BCC from each adress to an individial adress when splitting them? As opposed to concatenating them all into one, compromising my financial privacy?

Same for BTC transactions. Looking for something like the 'coin control' feature in Armory.

Perhaps you need to use a different wallet like Electrum? You should be able to create a new wallet in Electrum using the "Use a hardware device" option... that will import your ledger nano s wallet (public keys only of course! ;))

Then you can either use "Wallet -> Show Addresses" or "Wallet -> Show coins"... and from either one of the Addresses or Coins tabs, you select the one you want to include in a transaction, right click and select "spend from" for an address... or "spend" for a particular coin.

You should probably be able to do the same thing with ElectronCash for your BCH
