I wish you'd rephrase that. Users need to pay the transaction fee, gas. They don't need to send any ether! Transaction fees always apply when making any transaction to any given contract. You registered on a parent address and you get a fixed reward on the Contract address manually. If you pay .01 ETH to the contract you will get a % of reward automatically. Truthfully, I didn't really invest due to financial reason, I just saw that they were utilizing the tech in a format that I have never seen before, and I just wanted to try it out.
