I've tried contacting as many escrow members as I could on this list https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0 SebastianJu replied that his fee is minimum 0.001 BTC, so does zazarb. Neotax is not even on that list, and I couldn't find him just now on member search.
