Respect is not being considered from forum rank but more about the services. All users here were newbie, smart people wont only see the rank to respect others. The site is good, can change the theme as well. Not sure if I just missed it but I noticed that you don't have your Terms of Service (TOS), I think you should work on that since players will look for it (aside from terms of use pop up page). Also, chatbox is a good add on.
PS. I neither have Mist browser nor Metamask installed on mobile so I'm not sure if I'm seeing all the features of the site.
