I used Escrow to pay him and we agreed on 140$ BTC

but escrow to be released after the phone arrive

and after 15 days i got this  instead of phone thank GOD i used ESCROW and i got safe this time

First off all i feel bad for your loses,and when you make a deal with him ?
because seems like he's a scammer based on his trust,asking for loan and without solid collateral or no collateral.
and you didn't tell him or the escrow to hold your money before you're checking the item ? many people doing that because not a only you,many people got scammed before similiar to yours.and that's why the buyer and seller should make a deal that the payment will be send if everything is okay.
Ok,everything has been done and nothing changed even if you're mad,learn from your mistake and in the future if you're buying something make sure to make a deal with him 'No item No Payment'

PS : By the way where is the payment proof?

You didn't understand what OP's talking about, didn't you? Base on my understanding OP never got scammed of ths trade since they used escrow and he just want give an advice with this bolded words

Well, this is definitely an attempted scam fromm Microcoin.

Thankfully you did uses escrow. Hopefully the escrow is able to refund you but there are no guarantees. Who was your escrow anyways? Please tell me that it was someone legitimate, not just some random hero member you found.

You really shouldn't have traded with this guy in the first place. He was asking for loans without valid collateral and got negged for that reason.

Just a tip for next time, make sure when you unbox something you buy from forum you video tape from the start to the end. That way, nobody can accuse you of just taking the item and replacing it with something else.

I suggest that you take down those pictures. You just posted your own DOX.

I dont know why people is still buying things to Newbies or users with red trust.. this was obviously going to happen, just look at this profile, hopefully you used escrow, but that is not worthly , you lost 15 days of your time just because of buying an iphone from a newbie, why havent you bought it in ur own country? maybe in a mall or somewhere else.

i think he was selling it really cheaper i wont get it in 140$ even in my country and second thing i wasnt able to find any good exchanger to exchange my btc into cash so i buy it by cash in my country

iphone 5s actual weight is 112grams and this parcel said it weigthed 101grams
it was suspicious i opned it and found a steel ring a old charging adpater without a cable
and a ski wax can

Good job on using the escrow. This is definitely a scam attempt from the linked user. Nice catch on the weight size of the phone too, it's unfortunate that this guy tried to scam you.

i thought it would be a good deal but guy came up as scammer
