Should I do it?  What are the pros and cons?

Any feedbacks are welcome.

If you are active publishing content on Steemit, then it will make more sense than otherwise.

I think steam will get up to $5. Anything more would surprise me.

I think some new features on the platform or developments are required to push price $5 otherwise it may cause price to crash back to the $1-2 dollar so you should learn the vision of team for the future development of steem.

At this stage, I do not see development.

No, you shouldn't invest in Steem. There are too many whales and most of them cash out via power down option. It's not logical to buy Steem, while all others earn it from the platform. Especially if you don't use it for Steem Power.

Register on steemit.com and look for yourself. If you like the platform and you want to be the boss there giving people lots of $ when voting on their articles then yes, Just Do it!
Everyone will love you there. You will buy yourself instant fame.

Exactly, we have to wait patiently what dev team is focusing. I think we have to wait and see how the future of Steem is going to be.Many people thinking that the price of Steem is going to be more than 5$ in coming days.

Steem is a nice platform. You can take a look by yourself. But i dont think, that there is much to earn in the next 1 or 2 years. If you like this project, support it and invest a bit money. And dont forget to tell your friends about it.

It has been over 10 days and they still haven't given me the access.   :(

It is a nice idea where we can invest more into it because Steem has good potential in the market. Steem has a good potential where it may reach to more than 10$ in coming days.To those people who will wait for the long term will get benefits from the Steem.

when a coin drops 60% its not too expensive. Its cheap.

Right now the price is at $1.31 and the market cap is $312,553,030.  If it does reach $10, it will have a cap of $2.3B and be as big as LTC.

But I don’t think so this coin ahs got anything special. Why to waste money on it when a coin like bitcoin is available and about to take a ride to the moon? I personally don’t like running after all the coins. It is best to stick to few but quality coins.

The platform is extremely useful, the community seems to be growing and it's an active solid product. As far as returns go, my gut is telling me not to buy anymore. I may be wrong but I see potential with other projects.

I think it's a good idea, the steemit community are huge and it's an awesome website, certainly try it atleast!

crypto traders are funny, they accept whitepaper only projects with multimillion dollar caps and ignore REAL used working badass products

Steem's platform is interesting but i'm not sure if a lot of people are convinced with its significance. Despite it's uncertainties, i still believe its developers are still on to something. The coin has potential and as long as it will attract more investors and the technology proven to be  useful, there is a chance its value will rise. Although, there is no assurance for such for we will never know what will happen next but risk will always be in play when we are investing.

Actually Steem is pretty good altcoin, like a painting Steem needs little polish to appear selling so as to enable a good waves on exchanges. However, investing in steam doesn't exclude us from making good profits at least holding for 1 year.

I'm trader from last year and I know the price of Steem not cheap like now. I remember old highest price is around 0.01 BTC for each ;D. Of course if you are holding this coin for long term, this is good choice.

If you need to ask it from stranges in forums, you probably shouldn't.

Platforms based on social networks are always interesting,but require continuous development,without it people can choose to migrate to other platforms.

Steem is still under their ico price or launch price. I remember the steem price is $5. Maybe it will recover or maybe it will create new all time high. Steem not get any pump yet..it is still good to buy it for long term. It is easily goin to $5

Because it took too long for me to get the account, I invested my money on other altcoins and am losing money right now.    :'(
